hello there!
today I have this card up on the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge blog!
the current challenge is all about showcasing those dies, so that's what I did!
love this!
I used the adorable Plant-a-Succulent dies and die cut them out of white cardstock! I added color to all of the little pieces with Distress Inks.
once the ink blending was done, I splattered water and white acrylic ink on top!
I used Distress Oxide Inks to ink blend the background with Abandoned Coral, Dried Marigold and Tattered Rose. then I used the Brick stencil and used the same colors, but with more pressure to add the tone-on-tone look!
the sentiment was die cut using the Scripty Hugs die set from Black Licorice Cardstock multiple times and then glued together to add the dimension!
