today I have this fun, whimsical card up on the Newton's Nook Designs blog!
I just love these cute western-themed Newton images! I used the Newton Rides West stamps and dies to create my card! so adorable! all of the images were colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and then die cut out.
I used the Land Borders Die Set and the Sea Borders Die Set to create the hilly/mountainy backdrop! I used Distress Inks in many pinks/purples/corals to add a fun sunset-y color scheme. then I splattered some white acrylic ink and ink colors on to the panels to add some sandy-like texture.
then for the top panel, I used the Cascading Stars Stencil and white embossing paste to add some night sky fun!
the dark purple panel actually is purple flock! so fun! I love that little, surprising detail!
I heat embossed the sentiment in white, and fussy cut out around it. then I die cut out the letters from the Essential Alphabet die set to complete the phrase!
