Thyroid Awareness Month Blog Hop

Hello!
thank you so much for joining me today on this special month long blog hop for Thyroid Awareness!
The aim of the hop is to support Thyroid Awareness Month and to raise public awareness of the importance of a Thyroid Gland and problems it can cause when not working properly!

 for my card, I used the Beautiful Wings Die set and die cut out 3 different sizes of butterflies from black and white spotted paper and some alcohol ink backgrounds I created with blues and purples!

the sentiment was from the perfectly encouraging Newton's Support stamp set!

 the background was created with some white embossing paste and a striped stencil from Altenew! fun!
