day 3 of the Newton's Nook Designs Halloween release, as we're still having a blast!

sooooo cute and adorable!
I colored them all with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and then used the coordinating dies to die cut them out!
then I trimmed off the tail of one of the kitties and glued it to the otherside! so easy!

 

I die cut out the vellum circle with the Circle Frames Die set! i love how it softens the paper a little behind the images! the spiderweb paper is from the new Halloween Time paper pad!
on the background, I used some fog cardstock, and the Lost Shadow Distress Inks with the Clouds Stencil. then I splattered some white acrylic ink on top!

I used the new Spooky Sentiments Hot Foil plate in gold on vellem! then I die cut it out with the A7 Frames & Banners die set!
I also added some texture with white embossing paste and the Flying Bats Stencil.

i think this card is one of my favorites ever created!

oh my gosh, right?!
sooooo cute and adorable! I am in love with those cute ghosts!
I colored them all with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and then used the coordinating dies to die cut them out!

 

I popped up all of the larger ghosts with foam tape!
on the background, I used some fog cardstock, and the Lost Shadow Distress Inks with the Clouds Stencil. then I splattered some white acrylic ink on top!

I heat embossed the sentiment in white onto black cardstock and then die cut it out with the A7 Frames & Banners die set!

 

my second card uses the new Spooky Line Stencil!

I ink blended the graves/tree and then used clear embossing paste on top. once it was dry, I used the stars section and also added clear embossing paste.

once it was dry, I used Distress Inks in Uncharted Mariner, Peacock Feathers and Salvaged Patina. then I used some white embossing paste and the ghosts portion of the stencil!! 

 

 

I used the new Spiderweb Hot Foil Plate and some black foil for the base of the card! the sentiment is also hot foiled, but in white! with the new Spooky Sentiments! it was then die cut with the A7 Frames & Banners die set!

so excited to start this week with the Newton's Nook Designs Halloween release!

and sooooo versatile!

my first card uses the new Halloween Apothecary Stamps and Dies, Labels Hot Foil Plate and the Halloween Time Paper pad!

oh my gosh, right?!
ha! I had a blast die cutting out those cute void kitties with the Cat Silhouettes Die Set! sooo cute!
I popped them all up on the card over some vellum die cut with the Frames & Flags die set! I used Distress Inks to add an ombre pop of color on the Labels Hot Foil plaque!

I used the same Distress Inks colors in Mowed Lawn, Twisted Citron and Black Soot on the bottom of the patterned paper from the new Halloween Time paper pad!

I heat embossed the sentiment onto the Label and popped it up with foam tape too!

for my next card, I made a shaker!

I haven't made a shaker in forever!
I used Distress Inks in Seedless Preserves, Picked Raspberries and Black Soot to ink blend the card. then I used the Bokeh stencil set with the same colors, as well as some glitter paste in spots, to add to the spooky feeling!

 

 

I used the Jar Hot Foil Plate and Die to create the shaker!  the black matte foil looks just like a stamped image!

then I used the Labels Hot Foil Plates and dies with the Halloween Apothecary set to finish it off!

the sentiment was heat embossed in silver onto black cardstock and then die cut out with the Banner Trio Die Set!

Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #156 - Color Inspiration

happy Monday!
let's start this week off with a NEW challenge over at the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge blog!

yay! 

this challenge has me feeling allllll the vibes! rainbow colors...beautiful leaves...YES PLEASE!!

I used a white piece of cardstock and the Woodgrain Background Hot Foil Plate with some Moondust hot foil! so pretty! then I did lots of ink blending! I used Wilted Violet, Blueprint Sketch, Mermaid Lagoon and Cracked Pistachio! so bold and pretty!

then I used some more white cardstock and the Stitched Leaves die set. I used more Distress Inks in Picked Raspberry, Abandoned Coral, Dried Marigold and Mustard Seed. I love the bold and striking colors! then I finished off some of the leaves with faces die cut from the I Scream, You Scream die set!  

  

I heat embossed the sentiment in white onto some Black Licorice Cardstock from You Autumn Know. then I used the Fancy Wavy Banners to die cut out the sentiment!

unicorns and rainbows!

whew! it's been a WEEK, and it's only Wednesday! lol!
my little Menn went back to school on Monday and we're all a little rusty!
so nothing better than a little mid-week Lawn Fawn to brighten things up! I have this card up on the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge blog!

my card uses the new Ta-Da! Diorama along with the cutest unicorns you ever did see!

so adorable!
I stamped the images from All the Clouds, Unicorn Picnic and A Little Sparkle and colored them in with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. I added some details with a white gel pen and then used the coordinating dies to die cut them out.

 

I used the Hello Sunshine Remix papers to create the Ta-Da! Diorama card. and I love it! I also used the Mermaid Cardstock.
I altered the panels inside the box with the Puffy Clouds Borders to make them clouds for these unicorns to play on! so fun!

lastly, I did some heat embossing for the sentiment!
