and here we are, the last day of Newton's Nook Designs' February release!

it's got that fresh, cute spring feeling!

oh how I love all of these new stamps, stencils and dies!! just wait until you see it all! but in the mean time, check out what we're working with today: Baa + coordinating Dies!
you can totally create a project life type spread, gift tags and, of course, cards! all of the new sets will be available for purchase on February 19th, right here

and here is another favorite of mine from this release - the Newton's Rainy Day Trio card!

Meowing in the Rain Card by Samantha Mann for Newton's Nook Designs, Distress Inks, Ink Blending, Rain, Cards, Handmade Cards, #newtonsnook #cards #rain #cardmaking

this little scene is so cute!
I used a light grey cardstock for the background as the base. then I used Distress Inkns in Chipped Sapphire, Mermaid Lagoon and Black Soot for the edges! I splattered some white acrylic ink and color around the border too!
then I added some clear rain shaped jewels to the background!

I colored in the images with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and then used the coordinating die to die cut it out!
the sentiment was heat embossed on the vellum banner that was die cut using the Banner Trio Die Set.

my second card is those beautiful Daffodils!

I found an image of some daffodils that were white petals with a coral inside, so that's how I colored these!
I love how this came out!
I used Seedless Preserves, Picked Raspberry and Dried Marigold to create the background (with more splatters, of course!)

I heat embossed the sentiment in white onto a banner I created!
