hi there!
today I have a card up on the Newton's Nook Designs blog!
I love how it came out!
I stamped the images from the Hyacinth Stamp Set and colored them in with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers.
I used various blues and purples to add a mix of colors to each bunch of blooms. then I splattered some white acrylic ink on top. it's my favorite thing to add to flower images! lol!
in the background, I used Distress Oxide Inks in Chipped Sapphire, Seedless Preserves and Milled Lavender.
once the ink blending was done, I used the Petite Flowers Stencil and some white embossing paste on top!
I love using white embossing paste on Distress Oxide Inks right after blending. the color soaks into the paste and it make a pretty tone-on-tone look...with texture!
once everything was dry, I used the coordinating dies to die cut them out.
I heat embossed the sentiment in white onto white cardstock.
then I die cut it out with the Circle Frames Die Set. I used Distress Oxide Inks in Lucky Clover, Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron.
then I popped up the sentiment and 3 of the hyacinth blooms with foam tape.
be sure to check out the card up on the Newton's Nook Designs blog!
enjoy!

I love how you used the Hyacinths to make your card! It's awesome. The colors your chose are great and the splatter of white ink is a great touch! The stenciled petite flowers and ink blending makes the perfect backdrop for your flowers!
