Newton's Nook Designs November Release - Time for Coffee + coordinating Dies, Coffee House Stories Paper Pad

it's time to warm up with a steaming cup of java as we kick of this month's November release for Newton's Nook Designs!

oh how I love all of these new stamps, dies and a brand new paper pad!! just wait until you see it all! I'm swooning!

that's right...a new PAPER PAD!!!!

you can totally create a project life type spread, gift tags and, of course, cards! all of the new sets will be available for purchase on November 18th, right here! 

I'm not a coffee drinker myself, but I do have LOTS of good friends who love the java! so I thought it would be perfect to make a birthday card to give away!

I started by coloring all of the images with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. then I used the coordinating dies to die cut them all out!
I combined some of the birthday images from Fabulous Frenchies to accent the birthday theme!
I just love that birthday hat on the cup of coffee! ha!

I ink blended the background with Distress Oxide Inks in Blueprint Sketch, Mermaid Lagoon and Salvaged Patina! then I used some sparkly embossing paste and the Cascading Stars stencil! I am a sucker for those stars, especially for the birthday theme! 

 

I heat embossed the sentiment onto some black cardstock that was die cut using one of the Banner Trio Die Set dies! I finished off the card with a strip of the coffee bean paper from the new Coffee House Stories Paper Pad!
