it's penguin-ing to look a lot like Christmas!

hello there!
today I have a card up on the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge blog! the current challenge is all about those holiday critters, so I couldn't resist making another card to play along!

I used the adorable penguins from Penguin Party, combined with the string of lights and reindeer hats from Furry and Bright! all of the images were colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers an then die cut out with the coordinating dies!

I die cut out the snowy hills with Stitched Hillside Borders and Puffy Cloud Borders and then used Iced Spruce Distress Oxide Inks to add some color to the snow! I splattered some water and white acrylic ink on top to add the snowy effect! for the sky, I ink blended Abandoned Coral and Dried Marigold for the sky, and then splattered some white acrylic ink on top there, too!

then I heat embossed the sentiment onto a strip of black cardstock and cut it into the shape of a banner!
