hello!
today is day 1 of Newton's Nook Designs' January release!

this release has totally got me giving alllll the heart eyes!
oh how I love all of these new stamps, stencils and dies!! just wait until you see it all! but in the mean time, check out what we're working with today: Puppy Playtime + coordinating Dies.
you can totally create a project life type spread, gift tags and, of course, cards! all of the new sets will be available for purchase on January 24th, right here

oh my gosh - these puppies!!!! they're SO adorable!!!!!!
I made a tall, slim line card!

Birthday Wishes & Puppy Kisses Card by Samantha Mann for Newton's Nook Designs, slim line card, cards, distress inks, ink blending, dies, birthday card, #newtonsnook #cards #birthday #puppy #birthdaycard #distressinks #inkblending

all of the images were colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and then die cut out with their coordinating dies!
can you tell there's a lot of distress ink blending?! lol!
I used Seedless Preserves, Picked Raspberries and Dried Marigold for the sky! then I added some clouds with the Cloudy Sky Stencil and some white embossing paste!

I also die cut the clouds with the Sky Borders Die Set!
I die cut a bunch of hills and grass with the Land Borders Die Set! I distress ink blended them with Mowed Lawn, Twisted Citron and Cracked Pistachio!

I also die cut out the fence from some white cardstock using the Fence Die. then mixed a little grey with the embossing paste! I used the grey paste and the Tree Rings Stencil to add the woodgrain look to the fence! so fun!
