This week starts off the amazing holiday release week with Newton’s Nook Designs!
I am super in love with this release!
these sets are so FUN and perfect for the back to school days and Halloween coming up, too!
today we're sharing the classicaly Beautiful Winter Memories stamp and die set along with 3 brand new stencils and 2 new die sets!!! It’s quite a release!
you can totally create a project life type spread, gift tags and, of course, cards! all of the new sets will be available for purchase on October 19th, right here!
My card uses the Winter Memories and Holiday Greetings die set!
I stamped the trees and ice with Distress Oxide Inks using the ‘rock and roll’ technique! Then I die cut out the scene with the coordinating dies. These adorable, and really quintessential Christmas images are sooooooo easy to build a scene! I could play with this set for days and every scene would be different!
The background was rested with regular Distress Inks which I watercolored to create the sunset sky!
The sentiment is a combination of a phrase from the stamp set and the new die set! I die cut out the word 5 times with glitter cardstock to add some dimension! Then I sprinkled some gold Heidi Swapp Color Shine over the card. Love how it came out!

ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty night sky you've created!! it makes me think of the Northern Lights. And the scene of the couple skating reminds of "The Bishop's Wife" where Loretta Young and Cary Grant go ice-skating. It is one of the best scenes in movie!! (I just love this new stamp set!!!!)
