I
used Distress Inks in Seedless Preserves, Picked Raspberries and Dried Marigold to ink blend the bottom half of the card. then I splattered the same ink colors and some white acrylic ink on top!
once it was all dry, I used the ice cream cone image from Summer Scoops and stamped along the bottom!
I finished off by die cutting the background with the Frames & Flags Die set!

then I heat embossed the sentiment in white onto white cardstock, die cut it from the Speech Bubbles die set and popped it up on the card!
