I *LOVE* getting ideas for treat gifts, especially during Valentine's season!!
today, I'm sharing a fun way to make some treats with red lollipops!!
now, complete disclosure, I did *NOT* come up with this idea myself, I saw it on pinterest, and then recreated it with Newton's Nook supplies! check it out here!
and then check out my cherry valentine treats below!
love this!
the phrases are from the Sending Hugs stamp set! I die cut out leaves from white cardstock using the Beautiful Leaves Die Set!
I also die cut out those green/gold leaves using the Flower Trio Die Set! I used some white yupo paper and alcohol inks in greens, yellows and golds to create a big sheet of goodness! then I went to town die cutting!
to add the green stems on the 'cherries', I used some floral tape and then wrapped each stick! I love them!
my 8 year old could only wait for so long before he had to snag one! ha!
