today i have this card up on the Newton's Nook Design blog! i starting by using the Splendid Stags die to create a stencil!
once the image was die cut, i used clear embossing paste and a palette knife to create the white area. then i used lots and lots of watercoloring to create the winter, night sky!
once the watercoloring was complete, I flecked on some stars with white acrylic paint! i used one of the sentiments from Holiday Smooches to finish of the card! oh! and of course, some sparkly sequins!
