Newton's Nook Designs March Release - Newton’s Rainy Day + coordinating Die

hello!
alas, the time is nigh; it's the last day for Newton's Nook Designs March release!!

I am not kidding when I tell you that i'm in LOVE with this month's release! every item is adorable!!
today the whole team is showing off the Newton’s Rainy Day + coordinating Die! i am in LOVE with this sweet image!
you can totally use these to scrapbook, create a project life type spread, gift tags and, of course, cards! all of the new sets will be available for purchase on March 17th, right here!

for my first, card, i sued the whole image...and you know it:

that's right! the umbrella is rainbow! ha!
i colored this in with Copic Markers and then used the coordinating dies to cut it out! And of course those clouds were cut with the new Sky Borders Die set! LOOOOVE!

i heat embossed the sentiment and used some grey, geometric patterned paper for my gloomy sky, background! LOVE it!! that duck...so so so cute!

my next card JUST uses some sweet little images from the stamp set!

soooo sweet, right?!
i used the Darling Hearts Die set to cut out that heart, and then ink blended with Peacock Feathers, Blueprint Sketch, Twisted Citron and Cracked Pistachio Distress inks!

for the background, i used some white embossing paste and fun stencil to create the 'rain'! ha ha!!
