Lawnscaping Challenge #121 - Winter Wonderland

oh my goodness!! 2016 is here and this is the first monday!!

that means, back to school! back to work! and back for another Lawnscaping Challenge!! :)
and this one is perfect for the cold front we're experiencing here! brrrr!! i'm in South Carolina, so it's not that cold...and there's no snow...but still! it's finally feeling like winter, and i couldn't be happier!

see? i told you! ha ha!
for my card, i decided to stick with the warm winter theme...so i made a beachy winter card!

I made the sentiment using the sweet script from Snowy Backdrops and then elaborated with Milo's ABC's! :)

i colored everything with Distress Markers, loooooove that! ha! the jar is from Bugs and Kisses and i filled it with snowflakes from Frosties and Let it Snow! The beachy background was created with the adoooooooorable Life is Good stamp set (one of my favorites!)
i fussy cut out the images and then stamped the sandy hill onto some white cardstock. i used Vintage Photo Distress ink to add the brown and Tumbled Glass and Peacock Feathers for the sky! everything got a nice treatment of water drops too! ...because i can! ha ha!

so that's my projectare you ready to play along?
this week we're sponsored by a brand new sponser for the Lawnscaping Challenge - Ellen Hutson! so get your card making on, and you could win a $25 gift certificate! hello!! :)
