have a fantas-taco birthday!

hello!
today I have a card up on the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge blog!
the current challenge is all about making a project with food, and that is the best excuse to make a birthday fiesta inspired card!

I love it!
I started by stamping the images from Year Nine, Thankful Mice, Virtual Friends Add-on, Let’s Toast, Be Hap-pea and Really High Five! whew!
they were all colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and then I added some details with a white gel pen. of course, I couldn't resist adding some faces for all of the foods! ha! then everything was die cut out with their coordinating dies.
I turned the peas from Be Hap-pea into tomatoes, too! lol!

for the background, I used some white embossing paste and the Brick Stencil to add some tone-on-tone neutral texture. I love how that looks!

I heat embossed most of the sentiment with white embossing powder onto Black Licorice Cardstock, using the Harold's ABCs stamp set.
the rest of the sentiment was stamped in a rainbow of Distress Oxide Inks and then embossed with clear embossing powder onto vellum. it was die cut using the Fancy Wavy Banners.
