**this is my 2nd post of the day! to see my card for the new Lawn Fawnatics Challenge blog, scroll down, or click here!**
hello!
oh how I love all of these new stamps, stencils and dies!! just wait until you see it all! but in the mean time, check out what we're working with today: Destination Christmas and Christmas Campers Stamp Sets + coordinating dies, Tiny Trees and Reindeer Stencils.
you can totally create a project life type spread, gift tags and, of course, cards! all of the new sets will be available for purchase on October 23rd, right here!
my first card uses the new Christmas Campers stamp and dies
I colored all of the images with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers, and then used the coordinating dies to die cut them out!
eeeep - I just love these images, and especially those flamingos with the tiny santa hats!! ha!! so cute!
I used Distress Oxide Inks in Abandoned Coral, Dried Marigold and Tattered Rose to ink blend the background! it's so soft and pretty! then I splattered some water and white acrylic ink on the background to make it looks like snow!
I finished off the card with some tiny sequin stars!
my other card uses the new Destination Christmas stamps and dies along with the Slimline dies from Newton's Nook!
eeeep - all of those cards have my heart!! the station wagon with the wood paneling, the VW bug, the VW bus!! I LOVE them!!
I ink blending with Distress Inks in Chipped Sapphire, Black Soot, Mermaid Lagoon and Cracked Pistachio! and then of course - all the splattering with water and white acrylint paint! lol!
I also created some hills with the Land Borders Die Set and for the background, I used white embossing paste and the Snowfall stencil for just a little more texture!
