we're chugging along onto day 3 of Newton's Nook Designs' August release!
oh how I love all of these new stamps, stencils and dies!! just wait until you see it all! but in the mean time, check out what we're working with today: Batty Newton Stamp Set + coordinating die Set, Spooky Roundabout Stamp Set and Spiderweb Stencil.
you can totally create a project life type spread, gift tags and, of course, cards! all of the new sets will be available for purchase on August 21st, right here!
I super love this cute, halloween-themed encouragement card!
I colored all of the images with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers, and then used the coordinating dies to die cut them out!
I used the rock and roll technique with Fossilized Amber, Vintage Photo and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Inks for the tiny bats!
I also used the What a Hoot stamp set for the little branch that he's hanging on!
for the background, I used Seedless Preserves, Picked Raspberry and Dried Marigold Distress Oxide Inks and the Clouds Stencil! then I splattered some water and acrylic white ink on top!
the sentiment is from the new Heartfelt Wishes Stamp Set.
my next card uses the super cute, but festive Spooky Roundabout Stamp Set!
again, I used this is a unique way!
I stamped and colored a few of the images and then fussy cut them out!
the background was ink blended in Wilted Violet, Blueprint Sketch and Mermaid Lagoon! then I used the new Spiderweb Stencil with white embossing stencil!
I heat embossed the sentiment in white onto a banner that was die cut with the Banner Trio Die Set!
I love how this card came out!! it makes me smile! lol!
