Newton's Nook Designs 3 Year Anniversary Blog Hop!

hello there!

i just LOVE pineapples right now! and hello - rainbows?! yes please!! ha ha!


i colored directly onto the stamp itself with my Distress Markers, then 'huffed' a little onto it, then pressed it onto the paper! :) FUN!
next, i used Peacock Feathers Distress Ink to blend the background and added a few tiny drops of water! 
now stay with me folks, i even CUT my sentiment stamp apart...ACK! i know!!!!! but i just had a vision of it on a curve like this, and masking wasn't working for me! ha! 

so that's it!!

  80. I really like your design! The cool blue of the background makes me think of the waters surrounding Hawaii, the pineapple state. The unusual choice for the pineapple's color makes it even more striking and the simple sentiment is the perfect finishing touch!
