Newton's Nook Designs Holiday Release - Holiday Post Stamp Set + coordinating dies and Christmas Roundabout Stamp Set

I can't believe it's already the last day of Newton's Nook Designs' October release!

as you can tell, it's all about the holidays! yay!

oh how I love all of these new stamps, stencils and dies!! just wait until you see it all! but in the mean time, check out what we're working with today: Holiday Post Stamp Set + coordinating dies and Christmas Roundabout Stamp Set.
you can totally create a project life type spread, gift tags and, of course, cards! all of the new sets will be available for purchase on October 23rd, right here! 

guys, I made a shaker!! lol! I don't make shaker cards often, I'm just not good at it! lol!!! but I LOVE how this one turned out!

I colored all of the images with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers first. then I moved on to the card front!

I just used Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink, and some computer paper to mask off the diagonal lines! once that was done, I used some white embossing paste and the Snowfall Stencil to add texture on top!

then I used the Circle Frames Die Set to die cut out the perfectly sized circle!

 

I used some pom-poms, star sequins and seed beads to add the shaker part! then I heat embossed the sentiment onto some pink cardstock, and used the Banner Trio Die Set to die cut it out! 

 

and my last card of the release is another Slimline card!

I used Distress Oxide Inks in Wilted Violet, Blueprint Sketch and Mermaid Lagoon for the sky!

I used the Land Borders Die Set to create the snow hills, and added some of the new Speckled Egg color!

I finished off the card with santa and his sleigh flying off in the sky, which is an image from Main Street Christmas.
