today i'm super excited to be able to join in on the fun with the 25 Days of Christmas Tags event!
it's all about Newton's Nook Designs today, and i'm just thrilled to be able to share this fun little duo of 'stag tags' as i call them!
i LOVE them! these tags are kind of a departure from my normal style: where is the watercolor?! where is the stitching and rainbow?! ha ha! but i am seriously so happy with how these came out!
both tags use the Tag Times Two and Splendid Stags die sets! I stacked 4 layers of the white stag onto the green tag for some dimension, and then i covered that stag in glitter! it's so pretty!
the red plaid stag (oh that's FUN to say! ha!) is so cute! i used some striped black and white diaganol paper and a doily to add some layers to that little guy! so FUN!
both tags were elongated when i die cut them so i could get a little more length! it's so fun and easy to do with a little partial die cutting!
so make sure you head over to Tracey's blog so you can see all of the fun going on with the 25 Days of Christmas Tags!! :)
enjoy!
