hello all!

today I have a card up on the Newton’s Nook blog and it’s giving me complete summer vacation vibes! Ha!




I used the adorable Newton’s Summer Vacation stamp set! It’s one of my all-time favorite stamp sets! all of the images are just SO cute and SO ready for summer! 
I colored the image in with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and then used the coordinating dies to die cut it out!




then I used Distress Oxide Inks in Blueprint Sketch, Mermaid Lagoon and Cracked Pistachio for the background panel. I cut the background panel and popped it up for some dimension, so the bluey background is literally behind. 


then I popped up the image and the sentiment. Oh yeah, the sentiment! I heat embossed it in white, onto black cardstock, and then fussy cut around it!


this card is so clean and simple, but still so fun and colorful! Love it!
