floaties!

hello and happy thursday!
i'm so excited to be up on the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge blog today! there's not much i love more than watercoloring, and so I had a BALL creating this little scene!

    I apologize in advance for drooling all over your card! This is gorgeous! What kind of ink/paper did you use??? How do you make the white spatter? (I haven't done much water-coloring, lol.)
