valentine's day blog hop and giveaway!

happy valentine's day to everyone!!
the lawnscaping facebook inspiration team thought it would be FUN FUN FUN to have a valentine's day blog hop!

you should have arrived here by way of the lawnscaping challenge blog! if not, head on over there to get started!! 

so are you ready for my card? i LOVE it! 
(it uses what is becoming one of my new FAVORITE sets from lawn fawn!)


 i used the happy feast stamp set and colored the corn in some lovey-dovey colors with my copics! :) (pink husks on the corn makes me smile! ha ha!)

i pieced the sentiment together with the two speech bubbles from the a birdie told me stamp set! i love this! it makes me laugh and smile (yellow, pinks and greys happen to be some of my all time favorite color combinations!) and i can't wait for my little mann to open this card! 
spoiler alert: i already know what he's going to say, he's 5 and thinks he knows everything! he's going to say 'corn is not pink! why did you color it pink?' lol! sigh. hopefully he'll laugh anyway! :)

 so that's it! next on the hop is Tracy - and i just know she's going to have a brilliant card! (she always does!)

    oooh, I love your card! I think the pink husks "make" them. I have the speech bubbles you used but I never thought to outline the border like you did....did you use a gray marker? I love it and need to know how you did it!!! please share! :-) I also just started following your blog...thanks for the chance at winning!
