the waves are the 'banners' in the sketch, and the rainbow is the 'circle'!
I used Distress Inks (in about a million colors! ha!) to individually add color to each ray from the Rainbow Die Set!
I also used Distress Inks in Wilted Violet, Blueprint Sketch and Peacock Feathers to ink blend the ocean! I also added a little blue ink against the vellum wave layer too! I used the Stitched Waves Borders dies to emulate the banners from the sketch!
that adorable narwhal is from the Winter Narwhal stamp set! I also used images from Christmas Fishes to complete the underwater scene!
then I heat embossed the sentiment onto a banner of black cardstock!
I used Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to color all of the images! clearly...they're my go to! ha! I love them!!
