today we're still in high gear with the Newton's Nook Designs January release!!
today the whole team is showing off the Pug Hugs + Coordinating Die! eeeek!! you're going to flip out with this set, people!! it's SOOOOO cute!
you can totally use this to scrapbook, create a project life type spread, gift tags and, of course, cards! all of the new sets will be available for purchase on January 20th, right here!
for my first card, i went with lots of white space so that cute pug could really POP!
eeeek! love it!
i colored and die cut that cut little pug and his accessories with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers! that bow tie...! lol!
I heat embossed the sentiment and then popped it up along with the little puppy!
the background was created with some embossing paste and a large polka dotted circle stencil! LOVE it!! polka dots scream birthday to me for some reason!
my second card is a little bit crazy and a lot of bit fun! lol!
i heat embossed those images with white onto my card front, and then did some Distress Ink blending with various colors in a rainbow pattern!! LOVE!! i colored and die cut the bows in the coordinating colors for the pugs, and i LOVE the pops of black it brings! so fun!!
but i'll admit...it's a little psychedelic!! lol

And then die cutting those bows and adding them was the perfect ending touch. I am amazed.
