we're going strong and diving right in to Day 2 of the Newton's Nook Designs January release!!
today the whole team is showing off the Love & Chocolate + coordinating Die!
you can totally use this to scrapbook, create a project life type spread, gift tags and, of course, cards! all of the new sets will be available for purchase on January 20th, right here!
i created a rainbow of macaroons for my first card!
because...RAINBOWS!!!!
i can't resist them!!
i stamped, colored and die cut all of the images! i colored the images with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers, and then did a grey pattern in the background, and i SUPER LOVE how that part came out!
i heat embossed the sentiment in white onto some black cardstock, and that finished the card!
i decided to color up some of those YUMMY chocolate covered strawberries for my second card!
and i SUPER love the scalloped platter that comes in this set! i think it will be come a favorite image! :)
i used Worn Lipstick and Squeezed Lemonade to create the blended background of my card, and then flicked some water and some watered down color onto the card!
the images were popped up and i LOVE how it looks!
