Newton's Nook Designs March Release - Beautiful Wings Stamp Set + Coordinating Die

i'm so excited to share Day 2 of Newton's Nook Designs March Release

today, the whole DT is showcasing the beautifully, elegant, and gorgeous Beautiful Wings Stamp Set and Coordinating Die! these are SO pretty, and i LOVED making my cards today!! i could have made 100! lol!
you can totally use this to scrapbook, create a project life type spread, gift tags and, of course, cards! all of the new sets will be available for purchase on March 18th, right here!

for both of my cards, i went bold!

i used Peerless Watercolors for my first card, though:

eek! love it!
i heat embossed the butterflies in white onto some vellum, and then die cut them out!

i attached the images to the background by stitching with my sewing machine. then i used some bold, black cardstock to heat emboss the sentiment! easy, peasy!

for my 2nd card, i went pink!!

i loooooooooove how the background came out! the watercolor looks soooo good! it makes me want to watecolor everything!!! ha!

then i heat embossed the butterfly image in bright pink and die cut it out of the watercolor panel. i also die cut out the shape several more times from plain white card stock, and used them all to add some dimension to the card!

i also added some stitching to the top of the card! :) love that little detail!
