i am so so so so excited that it's here! 

my card for this hop is fun, and i hope it makes you giggle, too! 

i used three different stamp sets for this card! the little puppy (who possibly partied too hard...) is from the canine christmas stamp set !i LOVE him! and that silly little lamp shade on his head is from around the house! 

i popped up both of those images and then used some embossing paste and a stencil to create the starry background - which i LOVE! 

those yellow balloons are from winston's birthday, and just 1 is popped up for dimention.
lastly, i used some tiny type to make my sentiment!

oh gosh - i crack myself up! this card is my favorite in a while! lol!
