it's the first release (of two) march releases for the sweet stamp shop!!
all of the stamps are available here now! :)
i was lucky enough to work 2 of the sets! and i had a BALL!! the first set i worked with was speech bubbles! and i'm willing to bet you haven't seen speech bubbles like these before!! they're awesome! :)
for my first card, i layered some of the speech bubbles with bright, happy patterned paper, then added some faces from stuck on you! :)
i love the pops of color against the busy black and white background! there's even a little candle at the bottom!
then i made a card that i can't wait to send and cheer a certain someone up!
i fussy cut all of the speech bubbles with rainbow colors and then placed them over some grey patterned paper to really have the colors pop! the sentiment was made with some thickers. i also threw in some grey sequins for a subtle amount of bling.
lastly, i used my favorite speech bubble, and tuirned it into a cloud with some distress marker coloring! looooooove this card! the side of the card has my favorite washi ever!!! i just love that it looks like a rainbow!
i sprinkled some sequins onto my misted background and popped up a few of the 'clouds'. LOOOVE this card!!
the next set i was able to work with was the super FUN and super amazing high five set! it's AWESOME!! and again - nothing else like it!
the first card i made with this set is my favorite! i was totally inspired to make a card with 'movement' when i saw this card by christine! AMAZING!
and what better card to have movement than a high five card! :) the background is embossing paste and few similar shaped wood veneers! LOOOVE this card! :)
then i used the cat paw print, fussy cut it out of the circle and put it on this 3x4 pocket scrapbook card with a perfect sized heart!
a few wood veneers, twine and dimension and the card was done! so sweet!! LOVE that sentiment!! i don't usually do soft colors like this, but i think it works perfectly!
lastly, i tried to make it look like the kitty was hugging the heart! :)
i actually heat embossed a wood veneer in white and the popped up the paws next to it. the sentiment was stamped onto vellum and then i added a few enambel dots to mimic the happy dotted background!
enjoy!
Awesome creations, dearie!!! Way to ROCK out the SSS!!!!! :)
