I stamped and colored the images from Christmas Fishes and You are Sublime and then colored them in with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. once they were dry I used a white gel pen to add some details to the images. and then I used the coordinating dies to die cut them out!

I did lots of ink blending for the background of the card!
and I loooooove the jewel tones of this card!
I started by die cutting out some hills for the sandy bottom of the ocean with the Stitched Hillside Borders. and then I ink blended with Vintage Photo and Fossilized Amber. then I splattered some of the same ink color on top.
I also ink blended the ocean, this time with Uncharted Mariner, Peacock Feathers and Salvaged Patina. then I used the Draped Ribbons Stencil and the same colors, but with more pressure to make it look like some sun rays were peeking through!
then I splattered white acrylic ink on top of everything!
the sentiment was heat embossed in black onto some vellum. and then die cut out with the Fancy Wavy Banners!
