I
stamped the images then colored them in with Zig
Clean Color Real Brush Markers. once they were dry, I added some details
with a white gel pen and added foam tape to the backs so they would be popped up.
I also added some glitter to each of the images! such a fun and festive touch!

used some of the new Birthday
Time Paper for the base of my card. love that happy shade of yellow-y/orange stripes for the background! so happy and bright!
then I used the Postage Stamp Layout Die Set and die cut it out from some white cardstock and the white confetti paper.
